Paul W. Crocker
Paul Woodward Crocker was born in 1920, the son of Frank Durban and Ellen Crocker of Penarth. His mother was Ellen Turner, the daughter of Rev George Passand Turner, Rector of Penarth.
Paul served in the Royal Artillery, ‘B’ Battery., 73 Anti-Tank Regiment with the rank of Lieutenant. His service number was 151478. Paul died on the 3rd November 1942 aged 22 and is buried at El Alamein War Cemetery XXIV. F. 10.
