Albert Watts
Albert Edward Watts was born in Cardiff in 1892, the son of Edward and Sophia Watts and brother of Prudence, William and Reginald. In 1911 the family lived at 22 Woodland Place, Penarth and Albert was working as coal inspector. He served in the 15th Battalion, the Welsh Regiment and his rank was Second Lieutenant. Albert was killed in action on 22nd April 1918 aged 26 and is buried at Contay British Cemetery, Contay.
