St Augustine’s hosted a Pet Service at 3pm on Sunday 18th October 2015.
A number of pets, mostly dogs but including a tortoise, took part. There were hymns (some of the dogs joined in!), readings and prayers and the all the animals were blessed.
Two of the dogs were celebrating their 15th birthdays so this was an extra special day for them.
There were also several dogs, with their dog walkers, from the Cardiff Dogs Home.
The service was taken by the Rev Andrew James with his dog overseeing the proceedings.
