Saturday 1st July was a lovely warm, if occasionally rather windy, day. About 90 people took the opportunity to visit the Top Church Art Collective Exhibition which was held at the home of Richard and Tricia Griffiths.
Art works from talented local artists included paintings, drawings, papier mâché sculptures, glass designs, photographs and cards.
Cakes and plants were on sale and we were treated to home-made cake with our tea and coffee by way of refreshments.
This event was enjoyed by all and raised over £800 for The Friends which will help towards the cost of grass cutting in the churchyard.
